2. Free Trial

We offer a comprehensive free trial to help you evaluate whether Ravex is the right fit for your business:

  • 14-day free trial available for all new accounts
  • No credit card required to start your trial
  • Full access to all features during the trial period
  • No automatic charges - you must actively choose to subscribe

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. We recommend using the trial period to thoroughly test our platform and ensure it meets your business requirements.

3. Subscription Plans

Ravex offers flexible subscription options:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly in advance
  • Annual Subscriptions: Billed annually in advance (typically at a discounted rate)

All subscriptions are billed in advance and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive email notifications prior to each renewal.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under specific circumstances based on your subscription type and usage:

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of billing
  • Account must not have excessive usage during the billing period
  • Pro-rated refunds for partial month usage are not available
  • Full refund provided if approved within the 7-day window

Annual Subscriptions

Initial Purchase:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase
  • Full refund available if requested within 30 days
  • Account must not have excessive usage

After 30 Days:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Pro-rated credit for unused months may be offered at company discretion
  • Credit can be applied to future services or refunded to original payment method

Annual Renewal:

  • Renewal refunds available within 7 days of renewal date
  • Account must not have been actively used since renewal
  • Full refund of renewal charge if approved

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

Setup or Onboarding Fees

Any one-time setup, onboarding, or implementation fees charged for account configuration are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Custom Development Work

Custom features, integrations, or development work performed specifically for your account are non-refundable once completed.

Third-Party Integration Costs

Fees associated with third-party services, APIs, or integrations are non-refundable.

Terms of Service Violations

Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for any refunds.

Partial Month Usage

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, except as explicitly stated in this policy.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Refund Processing

  • All refunds are processed in USD

If you do not see the refund in your account after 10 business days, please contact your financial institution, as processing times can vary by bank.

8. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Ravex subscription at any time through your account settings:

  • Log into your account and navigate to Settings > Billing
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"

After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining time in your current billing period
  • Your account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted according to our data retention policy

Important: Make sure to export any data you wish to keep before your account is fully deactivated.

9. Downgrades

You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to your current plan features until the end of the current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the price difference between plans for the current billing period
  • Your new plan rate will apply starting from the next billing date

10. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider:

  • Please email support@ravex.ai to resolve any billing concerns
  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution
  • We reserve the right to dispute unauthorized chargebacks
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
  • Legal action may be taken for malicious chargeback abuse

Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our support team.
